The phones at Montgomery Family Medicine are manned from 7:45 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.  We are located in Sturbridge Commons at 8190 Seaton Place near the corner of Vaughn and Taylor.

Montgomery Family Medicine is currently accepting limited new patients.  In order to establish as a new patient, we ask that you call us at 396-9100.  New patients must make an advanced appointment and confirm their coverage before being seen.
